Rule 104
Bid Validity Period
When mentioning the validity period of the bid or consultancy service proposal in the document related to the bid or the document related to the call for proposals, the following period should be mentioned:-
(a) for tenders or proposals for consultancy services with estimated cost up to Rs. (b) for bids or proposals for consultancy services with an estimated cost exceeding Rs.
